There is nothing to like about the company culture, the CEO takes things personally and peep into people's personal life and also behaves accordingly with people. He has his informers in company to play his dirty politics.

Dislikes

Dirty politics by CEO, involvement in personal life, very little salary and no increment and on top of it 0 job security you can be told by HR on any random day to not to come from tomorrow. No professionalism and toxic culture. To much pressure to achieve sales figures.

While working here we learn lot of new things and solving the customer problem we like that after solving their problems

Dislikes

Packing issue is the problem all the package products are getting damaged or leaked while delivered to the customer so don't make the mistake here after.

I didn't find anything bad...still I find package providing can be improved which can be acquired by getting incentives

Company do not have any HR policy, HR do whatever they are being hold to do by the CEO. CEO of the company is not mature enough to handle the company, he don't even have the guts to speak something to someone "one on one", he always have someone to be there with him when he is talking.
