While working here we learn lot of new things and solving the customer problem we like that after solving their problems

Packing issue is the problem all the package products are getting damaged or leaked while delivered to the customer so don't make the mistake here after.

The HR team at Katyayani Organics is inefficient and unresponsive, requiring constant follow-ups for even basic tasks. Despite having a large HR team, they seem busy doing nothing. Payroll delays, missing documents, and disorganized processes are common. The management is the worst—every department runs on its own without coordination. There are no rewards, just unrealistic KPIs and impossible targets without proper training. Employees are treated like laborers, expected to deliver without recognition. The moment you ask for credit or a designation, they suddenly find "areas of improvement" to deny you growth.

Dislikes

Office politics. No reward for the good work you do. HR management is so poor. The just won't labours not employees if you'll ask for credit a designation you will not get that you are just given the workload and the stress until and unless you are quietly doing the work they will not say anything to you and if you ask for anything they'll point out. Here the policies are not based on the company here the policy may very upon person to person. HR are the sole responsible for the policies and they decide what policy is to be followed for whom.
