Partiality is extreme here. No process for sdlc. Requirements changes daily and they never remember what they said yesterday. They changes company policies behind the scene and employees faces problem. They have 2yrs of bond and before that you can’t leave. No food. Only speeches no product after 3yrs. Not al all women friendly.

All the people are working on new technology, we learn everyday, we grow everyday. Everyday we got new challenges, new motivation to work. I am happy to get chance to work with this team. And all seniors are very helpful..very supportive.
