...f that work culture here is not good. They do not provide any joining letter . Salary they offered in interview and not provided. Do not follow the things promised in job interview. varanasi city is capital of education but kit is kala dhabba on varanasi. The most important thing is dean sir taken all the candidate interview(computer science, mechanical , civil, electronics, physics , chemistry , management) because they want a labour not a teacher. 9 hours working with 22-25 k salary. Dear Student don't take admission here because these people do not hire good teachers.

Online Exam Duty, One Month's salary as Security, Management Vision No Job Security, Not Good For out Station Person, They hire Freshers or Less salary person, Maybe Deputy Director Salary is 70K To 80K Per month so what you get.

...e gone down by more the 50% in past 3 years and same is the condition with MBA..Job security is 0 and the faculty members are also removed based on their salary,doesnt matter how good you are at teaching...Salary is transferred as per AICTE norms and then faculties are asked to return the extra salary,just a way to fool AICTE..for Eg. they would hire you on 18000...but salary transferred would be 21000 approx. which is according to AICTE and then you would asked to return extra money in cash...just fooling around everyone...and now they have opened Kashi Internantional School and I guess a days is close enough when they are gonna open Kashi Intitute of Online Examinations because half economy of the institute is based on online examination money where the workers are also not paid and the whole amount recieved is ate up by the institute..a poor work culture..i wont suggest anyone for kashi Institute of Technology

Nothing, you'll rarely find people who are genuine.

No professionalism Deputy Director thinks that it is his own organization.. takes everything personally and annoys the employees on notice period. Management takes faculties for granted and gives them work related to admission, even they are asked to do Tele calling when you refuse to do so.. it is quoted that you're not cooperating. Back to back classes, no scope fir personal growth. Any fresher can join just for sake of experience.

Honestly said, job security in Kashi IT is very poor but good for learning for freshers candidate only, u can learn everything in single semester.. if m talking about the work environment is comparative.. overall three star..
