...en aware of their company's policies. They lack social and behavioural skills. Firstly, they hire interns and then after working for a whole month they refuse to pay them. Such a horrible experience with this Fraudulent organisation. You are considered as a animal rather than a human being. The worst place to work. If you don't know how to treat your staff, shut down the business.

Highly competitive for a fresher. Karyarth is the right place for any fresher wanting to make their career in HR and core recruitment. The company rigorously trains on the same. I have seen my growth from an intern to working full time now. Within a short period of time you get a lot of exposure and growth.

They are not giving proper hires to us, they have not been able to close positions and they treat their team badly. They should be following proper practices and working appropriately instead of doing irrelevant promises. They are ruining their and as well the client's reputation by maintaining unhealthy environment for their employees and facing the consequences on social media platforms.
