No support during COVID-19, salary cuts imposed, even reduced salaries are getting delayed. no internet reimbursement during work from home.. Very poor management.

Karvy Innotech is a fraud company; they are not paying expensive travel expenses to field engineers. I was working for Karvy for a long period of time as I completed my one year for Karvy Innotech as a server engineer for Dell EMC projects. I have to travel to multiple data centres for the cases. Dislikes

...d leave office at their convenient. No culture, No employe work tracking system. Salary comes late , PF amount is pending from last 1 year, 2 years FNF amount is pending. Worst company in basis pf skill development personal growth etc (I am HR guy so i know everything) please ignore this company.
