Earlier when company was owned by HCL there was not at all delay in salary but Karvy ruins this as well.

HR is worst part of this organisation,they will rule you like boss and make you suffer for every thing pending at there end. Please join this organisation as last option

Karvy Innotech is a fraud company; they are not paying expensive travel expenses to field engineers. I was working for Karvy for a long period of time as I completed my one year for Karvy Innotech as a server engineer for Dell EMC projects. I have to travel to multiple data centres for the cases. It's been 8 months since Karvy has not paid my travel expense Karvy Innotech is a fraud company; they are not paying expensive travel expenses to field engineers. ...d leave office at their convenient. No culture, No employe work tracking system. Salary comes late , PF amount is pending from last 1 year, 2 years FNF amount is pending. Worst company in basis pf skill development personal growth etc (I am HR guy so i know everything) please ignore this company.
