Honestly, I only like the organization when it was HCL infosystem since the time they have transitioned into Karvy it turns out to to pathetic. But still I am grateful as I have worked over there.

Dislikes

...work culture. Not an employee centric organization but moreover CEO centric one. You will not get your bonus even if you complete one year without any reason.

Karvy Innotech is a fraud company; they are not paying expensive travel expenses to field engineers. I was working for Karvy for a long period of time as I completed my one year for Karvy Innotech as a server engineer for Dell EMC projects. I have to travel to multiple data centres for the cases. ...d leave office at their convenient. No culture, No employe work tracking system. Salary comes late , PF amount is pending from last 1 year, 2 years FNF amount is pending.
