A company should have global base product by having global customers company should have safety and peaceful environment more importantly having better career growth and job security

Dislikes

In case of emergency work can be continued from 1st to 2nd or 3rd but it shouldn't repeat simentaneously, no cornering the same person again and again with out problem by higher official, should get proper appraisal every year increment and promotion

In my old company my team mates are very talented guys, 1st I worked semi voice process my bad situation I relived that company now I'm trying to go for non voice or semi voice with expected salary.....and I want night shift......

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
