It's a govt backed enterprise.if you get a job as a permanent employee it's good, no work pressure as compared to pvt ltd companies.

Getting a job as a permanent employee is difficult you have to pay bribe of nearly 15 to 20 lakh for an entry level job and also you must posses political influence to get a job.
