Everything is good but , you don't get any back support from seniors and doesn't have any sales strategies, You solely responsible for everything happens in company its good or bad . Products are very poor quality doesn't have any sense to make them but you have to sell it by any cost. Very very poor team work , Only you responsible for everything.

It is under worst management nobody will work there . No work culture worst behavior from the superiors. Not responding immediately because of psu company. Not getting salaries and expense in time I never recommend or told to work in this worst company

I like culture and union is best in the kapl and also GM&DGM level heads is support to executives and good support to learning new topics.

I was join kapl in 2016 at kanpur Hq as a professional service representative. ASM, RSM, and ZSM all have mentality to not working with backward candidates and they were torching me without any reason as I was newly join (one and half months).finally they called me in lucknow office and all three managers force me to give resignation and i was resigned.Previously I worked with doctor reddy for 2 and half years at Ranchi Hq. I was top performer in the sales and earn lots of incentives trip of Bangkok'.actually I didn't want to leave company like Dr reddy but my family member suggest me to jion kapl as it was a government of india enterprises.now I am jobless because of cruel managers of kapl. Company kapl is wonderful organization but because of some gaddaar kind of managers employee couldn't survive. Company is very good but some of managers ki wajah se name kharab hota hai. so company should take action against such gaddaar.
