Project Management maximum time spending in meeting and planning works, but actually they have to spend maximum time in project execution to monitor the quality and progress to achieve the targets.

Office is hundred operational even at time of covid, No consideration for employees, Plants and landscape are the only worthwhile things at office because people are really just stuck with bogus office politics. Any good practice or activity would be just stuck in loop of approvals where eventually people will lose the intent why it was needed in the first place.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is below par and career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees. The best day of my life was when I left the company. If you thinking of any holidays or normal perks please forget it, some HOD's just frown upon even thinking of giving holidays.I don't understand of this mentally of having separate set of policies as rules don't tend to apply to people higher up on org level. R and R program is shamabolic with little or no scope for your work appreciation. There is no work-life balance whatsoever. In lieu of 12–16 hours that an employee works, he/she will be given peanuts. The owner deserves to be listed among the most miserly people on this planet. Anybody from good a college/university should avoid this place. You would be looked down upon whenever you would use your brain or voice your opinion.So what if they have a terribly high attrition rate? They still market themselves as the best company. This includes making (read nagging) their own employees write positive reviews to push negative reviews down, either on Glassdoor, Google or anywhere else.

The projects and people are good. But wouldn’t recommend a fresher.

Dislikes

The HR department is highly incompetent. Half of them don’t know their own company rules and the other half just doesn’t care. Had one of the worst experiences dealing with them. It’s frustrating & disappointing. It’s shameful!

The company treats its employees like a family, will re-evaluate skill sets and placements based on passion and skillsets. In addition the work culture is very important to the growth of individuals and teams across the board. They focus on team building activities and more important deparment interactions which create higher levels of productivity and unity. Management is internationally acclaimed with experience in many countries they bring that set of values to Bangalore and spread across the nation. Very wise and focused team and a true joy to work here.

No job security. Management will not respect for Engineers. No culture in that company, always work load with n no of options. They can change the policies however they feel. Mangement is a non technical person they don't know the time for design and estimation that takes for work. All activities they will share in mails but in other ways they give the work load more. All 7 days working. Karle will suit for those people who is not having a family . Mangement son and daughter attitude is more. Overall summary you will be in a jail.

Wrost company I ever seen in my decade of years. Family , son and daughter will rule a company without knowledge of technical aspects. People will loose their carrier and lost everything if they work in karle. They offer money more in beginning and later onwords only 3 to 5 % , and later 1 and half years to get an increment .
