This company is related oil and gas field .I am working in facility management as electrical engineer , I am a part of team ..we provide high quality of maintenance in electromechanical field .we do also small project handelling ..designing electrification work..our under Italy engineer work as contractor..we are very happy with my company management.

work pressure is very high ,some time have to work overtime in emergency period.Day or night have to work in emergency situation. company given only limited staff but thats not enough for maintaining facility work.company not giving over time to staff so they are not intrested to do overtime work.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
