Too much internal politics and favotrism. Inferior support projects. Low salary as per market standards. All non technical managers. No additional allowance or travel benefits. Mandatory work from office.

This is a person driven organization and most of the employees are either relatives or friends of the founders. The organization doesn't have much projects, even they have deducted 20% of their CTC from few employees to manage their office expense. Your probation period will not end until you are allocated to any project and now a days they are asking employees to resign who are on bench for more than 3 months. Senior management is full of non technical guys and they want everything to be completed ASAP no matter how complex the work is.

They don’t have project, they hired employees and they seating ideally in office. All the high level on management are politics playing with junior level All Senior HR doesn’t have knowledge how to run company because they are coming on manufacturing background No work from home to employees if you special to HR levers then they give

Well let me introduce myself first, I am HR Manager in a well-known Kapstone LLC INDIA HEADQUARTER and holding a total of 2 years of experience. First of all the brand name itself speaks a lot. Next, technology and security are way too high and updated. Coming to the pays and hikes this company provides better as compared to most. The best thing apart from work is the facilities provided to the employees are a lot helpful and more than anything else it gives a very good work-life balance. Now coming to things that I like about my company. Culture: My company has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely, also there is good support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts. Policies: We have employee-friendly policies and initiatives from the HR department. Many cultural events are organized by HR and celebrated properly by employees. Infrastructure: Nice and huge buildings and all necessary equipment and well-organized laboratories with employee safety arrangments. Inbuilt medical facilities and annual medical checkups. Use of the latest technology to ease work done. Teammates are good and every body is very helpful except senior Management. Some new technologies to explore.

Dislikes

Senior Management is very 3rd class. They all are non technical guys. They don't want to understand any situation, only thing they want to see the results no matter what. Leave policy is Terrible. No PF deduction. No Appraisals , No Onsite Opportunities. Very Terrible Company.
