I got 2 promotions in just 3 years and became manager Salary was less initially but corrected after 2 years. A great company to work and for people those who are starting must join this company.

Tough training process, and pressure of work and hard assessment

Fake Promises, Do not properly assess the performance of the employee, Lot of internal politics, no work life balance

Heavy torture, Boss bucketism, no job security, will fire at any time without any reason, worst work culture, Mental boss and the manager, Cheap thinking of the management, no career growth, less salary, no salary slips

I will be dishonest, if I will be writing anything bad about this company, with 2 year kid it was not easy for me to restart, but management has supported well and I survived with lot of learning for 3 years and got promotion twice. After joining new organization I am realizing what I am missing, one day I will be back in the organization again if management and ex bosses rethink for rehiring my case.
