Work pressure is less but also depends upon the team. Very less deduction from salary. Insurance is free. Leave policy is moderate.

Very unstable company , senior people keep exiting.

Dislikes

No growth, it's a very cost sensitive company and the goal is find cheap resources in India to replace US resources. There is no transperancy the policy and rules will not apply to management favourite people. Expect the resources to work till 11 pm in India and this is normal shift

New technology learning first chance goes to this guy, and they recruit people who they know. Forming a group of people supporting among themselves. US Management is unaware of this .
