The company let's you learn and grow for the further problems and situations you will face in other companies .This will help in getting well experienced and work more efficiently in near future.

...ing and always tend to talk and conduct meetings on irrelevant topics and so on. Another issue I observed is that the salary paid is not enough as compared to the work they demand from us . Un-necessary work burden and absence of work standards is the major issue I personally observed.
