Likes

Work culture and job security is the best thing at Kantar. Sports event like leather ball cricket, chess, carrom, badminton, football, walkathon etc. If you are a sport lover or health freak then this is for you.

Dislikes

Skill development and salary is something you will have to compromise if you want to be here. But if you are looking for long term stay in a single company it is the best.

1.No work life balance mostly above 18hr of work per day. 2.Tremendous office politics and no skills development. 3. Increment issues and manager work management issues. 4. Taking leave problem. 5. I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
