Kantar offers good benifits , include healthcare, paid parental leave, grievance leave, and work culture is good the co-workers are great and there's a good team working environment.

In point of view Poor work-life balance, Low pay and Stressful.

1. We have good night shift allowance when compared to other companies. 2. Good work culture. 3. Supporting Managers. 4. Work and personal life balance.

1. Not much better salary growth. 2. Appraisals are less.

... to talk management it's almost like one way communication. We have good policy. There is no salary hike and no bonus.

...think team leads are not enough educated so they can take decision at their own. Also there is no salary hike and no growth and no opportunity. You are like 5 year doing same work.

Likes

Salary is the best out of the top 3 big companies in market research and that is the only positive aspect. It still feels low when compared to the amount of work done or hours spent on completing day-to-day tasks.

Dislikes

...s absolutely no work-life balance as the teams are severely understaffed always. Have to work extra hours almost every day without any extra pay. Also have to work on weekends/ holidays, etc. There is no comp off or additional pay for this as well. There is no log off time in particular but we are expected to login on time in the morning.
