Before starting off I would mention that company provides a great environment to learn new skills. People are highly competitive, probably you will find few bad people but that is the case in every org. Few more good points are as below:

The Awards: This is actually controversial. But they give awards to the late nighters. It is actually good to award your most working employee. But at the same time you are encouraging people to work extra hours beyond their set timings and without any compensation for that extra hour. Resulting: Company promoting very bad work/life balance.
Work culture and job security is the best thing at Kantar. Sports event like leather ball cricket, chess, carrom, badminton, football, walkathon etc. If you are a sport lover or health freak then this is for you.
Skill development and salary is something you will have to compromise if you want to be here. But if you are looking for long term stay in a single company it is the best.
