... to talk management it's almost like one way communication. We have good policy. There is no salary hike and no bonus.

...think team leads are not enough educated so they can take decision at their own. Also there is no salary hike and no growth and no opportunity. You are like 5 year doing same work.

The flexibility in choosing new technologies to learn for both personal and company development, along with the reassurance of job security.

Dislikes

Top management lacks vision and doesn’t care about providing competitive and reasonable compensation, even to experienced employees. There is zero appreciation for work.

Joining process was lighter and smoother and the good thing is that the salary will be given in a timely manner that was a good which I noticed.

Dislikes

as per my experience in this company manager behaviour was not good. they always blame employees for not giving 100% what ever will happen they always not satisfied with the good work giving by the employee. Even they were not providing guidance regarding given task. Overall not friendly environment.

Likes

Work culture and job security is the best thing at Kantar. Sports event like leather ball cricket, chess, carrom, badminton, football, walkathon etc. If you are a sport lover or health freak then this is for you.

Dislikes

Skill development and salary is something you will have to compromise if you want to be here. But if you are looking for long term stay in a single company it is the best.
