Nerolac is so good.It's an old company and satisfied by coustomer with there work preference.It's so good in culture also.In all about the benefits are higher and good.

It's management process is some time bad also the salary problem and in ranking form is kinda down.

Some good people in the company but without any promotion or direction.

1.Poor and cheap in Salary Payment. 2. Senior Managers with hold salaries for bribes and benefits 3.Working hours in Sales-12-15 hrs. No incentives and No perks 4. No career growth in company. Pressure Cooker culture. 5.Rotten Top Management and No future prospects for employees.

Very unprofessional company Doesn't cares about its employees Too much pressure i.e too much pressure pressure to handle No job security i.e in open forum they convey the message either grow or leave the company whatever the market conditions may be

Company salary very low compare with others , no food allowence right now, They ready to freshers upto 39k per month but not ready to give 60k r 70k to experienced staff ,management must discuss with sales team bfr taking any decision. HR do there work but they won't hear employees grivence....
