No Job security ! Such a big company but running by few old junkies because they believing in hiring and firing. Attrition rate is 100%. People join because of its name and fame and with lots of dreams but ended up in mental stress because of which work life balance also gets disturbed. No growth no skills set no training set. Poor company culture. Beware !

...package mentioned on paper and actual amount you receive at the end of the year. You will ended up getting lesser salary than your previous employer. 3. Appraisal policy 4. Leave policy - sandwich leave as company believes in non employee friendly HR policies. 5. Notice period - strictly 90 days of notice period as no relaxation in notice period allow from company.

1.Poor and cheap in Salary Payment. 2. Senior Managers with hold salaries for bribes and benefits 3.Working hours in Sales-12-15 hrs. No incentives and No perks 4. No career growth in company. Pressure Cooker culture. 5.Rotten Top Management and No future prospects for employees.
