No means of HR policies at KNPL. Totally one man army policies. Employee growth , development etc no clear policy

salary structure not as per MNC companies. Travel expenses also below to min. mark. Only politics works

No work life culture, no job security, compensation are not so good

Only one thing that here nobody will teach you any thing you have to learn everything by yourself. They only need business and that is what make you tough and proactive
