Management accommodation facilities policies good, nice Ethiopian persons ,Owner so good ,CEO very nice.

Likes

Started work from initial stage from land acquisition to setting up plant. The system developed gradually. Good learning , lot of travel was also there at the time of execution of plant. There was no life no spare time as the work culture of African workers are very poor. Though the country is developing fast but the people are still not ready for change.
