...on time and unjustified deductions and retentions of wages are common practices. The offered salary is below market standards, further exploiting employees. there is no fixed notice period, and even after employee leave, their full and final settlement is unfairly withheld. the company deliberately holds back payments, causing financials distress. the overall work culture is toxic and the boss behaviour is nothing short of graceful. it is one of worst workplaces with completely unethical management practices.
