A company with no vision and poor leadership, making bad financial decisions and short-term goals that hurt both employees and clients. False promises during hiring, lack of empathy, favoritism toward headquarters staff, and a toxic work culture make it a frustrating place to work. Add to that unreasonable firings, bad client relationships, and losing business—it’s a sinking ship. Many positive reviews are fake, forcefully added by academy interns. LinkedIn followers count is also fake.

The management is incredibly supportive and always encourages me to have open communication with everybody I meet. I have heard of a collaborative environment, but I can truly see it here. KANINI supports work-life balance meanwhile giving me job satisfaction and giving me room to grow by my reporting manager. Even though I am more than 35 km away from office, I want to come there everyday because of people and culture, honestly.

They consistently deliver innovative solutions that meet our evolving needs, and the software itself is intuitive and user - friendly significantly enhancing our testing processes
