Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

A company with no vision and poor leadership, making bad financial decisions and short-term goals that hurt both employees and clients. False promises during hiring, lack of empathy, favoritism toward headquarters staff, and a toxic work culture make it a frustrating place to work. Add to that unreasonable firings, bad client relationships, and losing business—it’s a sinking ship. Many positive reviews are fake, forcefully added by academy interns. LinkedIn followers count is also fake.

The management is incredibly supportive and always encourages me to have open communication with everybody I meet. I have heard of a collaborative environment, but I can truly see it here. KANINI supports work-life balance meanwhile giving me job satisfaction and giving me room to grow by my reporting manager.
