Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Very good and ethical company with supportive Japanese team mates. They are always ready to guide n support. They value for talent and very professional no politics in the companyn. Very good and clear future planing for employee. Japanese are the best.

Dislikes

Basically time management. Being in sales. I hate reaching office at 9 o'clock sharp even when you have no work. Time punctuality is restrict. Working should be flexible hours.
