Job security and work culture is good. You are less blamed for mistakes, but you are required to learn from it and not to repeat the same. Infrastructure is above average.

worst management.company policies are good but they wont reach upto you if u work in karanataka plant.

They Don't value your knowledge especially There is a so called (dumb) manager Mohan. Language biased if you know Malayalam you have to do nothing in the company. You will be treated differently but if u r from Karnataka suddenly everything changes. no proper canteen facility.if you want to use canteen you to wash your plates on own.Plant is full of snakes & the senseless unit head Kishan downt even bother about that.They will make you work during covid hype but if u got affected by covid while working in company they dont even given amount for RTPCR test

I was part of essential oils division and I was fortunate to find a good boss over there. I got plenty of learning opportunities in my 16 months span. The company provides very good learning platform for self motivated people. It is considered to be the paymaster in the industry but found it average in comparison to other industries.

Dislikes

Culture is laidback. Some employees don't respond to mails in time.
