Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

You don't need to worry about salary, it's on time i.e.31st of each month, company policies are also fine, as there is less staff, you would always be occupied with work

Politics involved very much in all the levels. if you have god-father then it will be a very good company to job. otherwise its a bad option to opt the company job.
