Fraud company, not pay salary to employee. Arrogant management want people should work free for him. This is a bankrupt company. Take advance from stockiest and not supply goods to them. Please dont join this company.

... friends please do not Join Kanchan and Marlex company. Your will be in trouble. This comp is bankrupt, due to bad financial position you may not be get your salary in time.Lot many shouting and harrasment going on. After certain time they will harrase and force your to leave comp. In My tenure Many guys faced same situation and lastly me too. Don't leave your current good job and think to join this company.

Third class company I ever seen in my life. Dirty toilets, desk, very poor Working environment.

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
