Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

This store is into premium category showroom for sarees, the company standards are really good in saree stores segment, the standards of corporate culture, payscale is also good. Only problem is opening the store at 9am . And must know to speak Tamil. As the company roots are from Tamil Nadu. The company treats the employees as their family. I being worked iin corporate retail I found this company to be in very high standards. Growth it all depends on skill and to be present in right time.
