There is so much scope to learn. I have joined after my graduation and worked with different clients and middle and top management positions. Management offers excellent incentives. Unlike other consultancies, KAMMS never accepts payments from job seekers which i most like. Management follows excellent business ethics. Timings reasonably good 10.00 am to 6.30 pm for a recruitment company we cant expect more than this. As a senior Recruiter I earn far better than any of my friends who are in to IT Industry. They provide the lunch also if you dont carry.
