There is so much scope to learn. I have joined after my graduation and worked with different clients and middle and top management positions. Management offers excellent incentives. Timings reasonably good 10.00 am to 6.30 pm for a recruitment company we cant expect more than this. As a senior Recruiter I earn far better than any of my friends who are in to IT Industry. They provide the lunch also if you dont carry.
