Company is very good for work life balance. No unnecessary work pressure, salary is on-time, Mr. Ravindra ji is so much supportive and nice colleague. Guidance of Mr. Pawan is very nice and crystal clear. For long time service company is very good.

Likes

Very worst management no job secure. Currently lots of employees quit the job some employees fired by the management. No balance between personal and professional life. 10 hours duty and so far distance from ahmedabad.

In Kamakshi Flexiprints there is no burden or strict work.

It machining process based company. So candidates from core production branch don't go. But it is good for other branches like plastic, printing.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
