There is nothing to like about this firm.

...ch is to be done by the client and then client checks your work (reverse audit). Pay is also very less as retention money is deducted from salary. Do not make a mistake of joining their statutory audit division.

...lance. 3) Lot of office politics and favoritism. 4) No place to sit in office. 5) No variable pay. 6) Retention money is deducted from fixed salary. 7) Few managers, senior managers and associate directors who lack technical skills and focus only on unnecessary and irrelevant details. 8) Staff shortage at executive and intern level. So they treat a few assistant managers like interns during area allocation. 9) Notice period is of 3 months even during probation.

There is absolutely nothing one can like here. Highly not recommended to join them specially if you are AM level and due for the next level. Partner will fool you that you will be promoted and your pay will be increased after 3/6 months. I would advice not to believe in them as they will simply not do so as there is already overstaffing at manager and above levels here. They are just luring you into entering the firm as they do not have enough staff at executive and below levels.

...eration to the designation of that person and his future professional growth. 3) LESS TAKE HOME SALARY - Certain portion of your salary is deducted and retained just to make you wait till the month of May every year so that they can finish their audit season.. 4) NO WORK LIFE BALANCE - There is no work life balance. They will make you work on many public holidays and there is unnecessary late sitting 5) POOR IT INFRA - Laptops given to employees are in very poor condition. 6) TECHNICALLY UNSOUND MANAGERS - Some of their managers/senior managers and associate director level staff do not possess the required technical knowledge and updation. They ask you stupid questions during reviews. 7) NO PROPER HR POLICIES - No proper HR policies in place for employees. Policies keep changing to suit their needs. 8) NO PROFESSIONAL GROWTH - There is overstaffing at manager and above levels and there is no scope for growth here.

Just one thing firm is 100 years old but still not use..they tell you they are mazarian but work cultural is like shit.

...raisal on time..few of the admin employees thinks they are owner of the company.no salary slip...no increament letter... you have to beg and ask...even after they will not provide you....and you have answer many questions...you will net get recognition and they put you in low level work not as per your qualification.....they are ready to pay more to new recruitment....but not to old employees. They WFH only to privilege employee who licks someone hand
