Horrible work culture. Zero professional growth and zero work life balance. Manager and above level employees in statutory audit division behave unprofessionally. Laptops are very old and slow. No consideration or thoughtfulness in work allocation in statutory audit division. Silly questions are asked during reviews. Sometimes they will even make you do the preparer role which is to be done by the client and then client checks your work (reverse audit). 1) Old and slow laptops. 2) No work life balance. 3) Lot of office politics and favoritism. 4) No place to sit in office. 5) No variable pay. 6) Retention money is deducted from fixed salary. 7) Few managers, senior managers and associate directors who lack technical skills and focus only on unnecessary and irrelevant details. 8) Staff shortage at executive and intern level. There is absolutely nothing one can like here. Highly not recommended to join them specially if you are AM level and due for the next level. Partner will fool you that you will be promoted and your pay will be increased after 3/6 months. I would advice not to believe in them as they will simply not do so as there is already overstaffing at manager and above levels here. They are just luring you into entering the firm as they do not have enough staff at executive and below levels....Read More

1) NO CARE FOR DESIGNATION - Designation does not matter to them while allocating work among team members. For them all employees below manager level are at par with one another despite how many years of experience you carry with yourself. 2) STAFF CRUNCH - There is severe crunch of resources so they just hire people and allocate whatever work they wish to without giving a thought and consideration to the designation of that person and his future professional growth. 3) LESS TAKE HOME SALARY - Certain portion of your salary is deducted and retained just to make you wait till the month of May every year so that they can finish their audit season.. 4) NO WORK LIFE BALANCE - There is no work life balance. They will make you work on many public holidays and there is unnecessary late sitting 5) POOR IT INFRA - Laptops given to employees are in very poor condition. 6) TECHNICALLY UNSOUND MANAGERS - Some of their managers/senior managers and associate director level staff do not possess the required technical knowledge and updation. They ask you stupid questions during reviews. 7) NO PROPER HR POLICIES - No proper HR policies in place for employees.
