Which result high attrition for new joiner (within 6 months)

Management rules and working culture, Nothing to personal life yearly morning 7 o clock go to site and late night came to site office and delayed the contractor payment, Timely not giving you materials and manpower at site, Without materials and manpower management find out work progress. Only management thinking delayed the project but management says to manager don’t perform well then it’s happening. Very poor long time waiting for PR and PO for materials purchased. They are so many dent on management rules.

Poor job security and employee retention. poor work-life balance. SOPs are on paper. Most of the time is wasted in communication as sense of ownership among employees is very low.

Salary on time, Job security little more as compare to other companies, you must have someone in top management for getting promotions.
