Branch staffs are not behaving properly with guarding staffs, I have also faced this on December 2022 regarding my arrear amount, which was not credited to my account but the HR personnel and G4S support person told me forcefully, that amount is already created to you. Sometimes I'm not getting the leave approval even having the CL and PL balance .

At present days there is nothing left to be liked other than it's MNC flavour.

Incompetent middle level. Low compensation rate. Excessive work pressure. No reward system. Low job security. Faulty evaluation system.

... plan or any continuity. They hire a lot of people, and lay off a lot of people. Benefits are OK, but you should plan on getting no additional pay other that what is in your offer."
