There is no HR policy to retain the staffs no any credentials for increment or appraisal. Very toxicity culture

Salary on time every month 1st every Saturday off

there are no 9 to 6 hrs jobs it's a 12hrs job that does not include travel the increment is too low compared then workload and work hours apart from that those who are part of the design may work 12 hours from Monday to Friday leave policy is too complicated the higher your reference the greater you get paid

...smission. As an Engineer Civil Engineer, loved the job and getting paid on time. But disliked the salary deductions, the working culture, and the messy project planning. Not cool, man!

This organization is very good for employees. Management is good, on time salary, Acomodation is good,skill development , teambuilding is good. I am very very satisfied working with this organization.

Ontime salary,every year increament on time.

Long working hours,no work life balance.. Once your rating is low then always it will be low only not considering your performance every year. Min 12hrs/day working on daily basis.
