Nothing much I like here just working for some reason like loan and family issues.

...ily accommodation. Some higher management staff are too unprofessional and rude. Salary also come 1.5 months delay in International division.

Freedom of expressing ideas. Very good compensation as per market standards.

Dislikes

Systems and processes are not well structured. Lack of team work among RO/HO. Lack of sense of responsibility for the betterment of project. Focus on repetitive and inefficient work. Lack of understanding of site problems. Lack of trust in employees.

Likes

Good work environment and staffs are supportive and the management is transparent. They give salary on the first day of month.

Dislikes

Growth is not up to the mark, and staff accommodation facility is not so good , no gaming arcade for chilling.

KPTL support there employees in Lockdown by giving us our salary without taking work from us. But incriment is very low and also delay by 3-4 month.

Salary distribution of junior and senior employees are not maintain.

All construction company is almost same but Jmc is apart from other companies expect salary on every month on 7 date& 50% subsidy on meal.conducting training program as per training schedule of every month for all levels of staff.

Dislikes

Work pressure is high if projects not completed within given time schedule.works environment is OK.
