From last 4 years company going down with financial so that reason appraisal and salary got delayed in that some best employees left the organization due to better hike they get from other company And nothing other reason for dislike the company Very soon they will on track Every company or individual face up's and down in their life so very soon bad days will go and employees will die to work this kalpataru Ltd.
