Worklife balance..the competitive salary provided...high respect for the hard work done and properly complimented by appraisals and promotions..high level of job security if the employee is a hard worker with dedicatiom towards his work..the company's totally supportive culture especially from senior management.

Everything. No secure job, pressure, incentives and salary not in time. No work culture. Extra time with no pay like working on Saturday but no pay.

Very supportive, I have been working with Kalkine since 1.5 years. Specially during this covid time Kalkine has been supporting each and every employee by providing full salary, Bonuses, Required Increments, done Promotions as well. Very happy to be a part of Kalkine company.

It would be great if we have an Entertainment or Rest Room, in case if somebody falls ill. Like a health room.
