Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Company culture is 0,skill development and learning is zero over there. Bhai yah Tumhari Aadhi salary cash mein Denge aur bolenge Yahan Ham sabhi ko aise hi Dete Hain Kuchh Din bad Tumhen kam ho ya na ho Tumhen 12 ghante 13 ghante rukne padenge office mein Baki ab aap samaj lo.
