They're still allowing work from home. Makes sure quality of the work always remain high. Great place to work for a software developers as main focus will be building the product and learning new technologies. They recognise the good performance and reward them.

They can easily offer higher salary but for some reason they don't although they maintain the market standard. They should hire more people as there is lot of work.

1) Compensation 2) Appraisals are way too worse 3) They have a way to give an excuse for no raise and want employees to work without any raise or promotion. 4) Management is rude
