Salary is credited on time. But need to upgrade the skills of resident engineers in client offices by providing various courses.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not matter but career is slow. Thera is a bond of minimum 1 year before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

I really like the work culture of this company. Management are very supportive. Salary is always on time compare to other company. Additionally, the emphasis on continuous learning an development allows me to enhance my skills and stay updated with the latest technologies.
