The only thing I like about Kaizen is the work life balance because of remote work.

Everything else is just f##ed up. The management is just too dictatory They will ask you to do everything they want and in return you will not get bonus on time, appraisals would be shit

Worst Company. No work culture Zero professionalism It is more like Lala ki Company. Director of this company Mr. Manish Parashar: Not at all a professional person.
