No exit policy company have due to Lockdown. Work Culture definitely Good .All are cooperative and dedicated for their work . Management really Good. Company support during the difficult situation of survive . You can take example of Covid-19. Every better support is given by the Company during the current time.

Good work environment and culture. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are very excllent. Appraisal are very fair & good Sailary, bonus are found every year

Dislikes

There is a lot ofpolitics and the management doesn't address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth isslow.
