Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

I only like my ex bosses they have had helped me learning new things which boost up my moral for my career....otherwise company did not provided me any good experience...

Dislikes

Salary issue were there ...they did not provide me any salary increment in two year ..even they stated providing salaries of every employee in two two months which was not good..no career opportunity were there...no code of conduct and every body was corrupt I am a victim of their bad policies.

The Company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.
